Reducing Our Environmental Impact
We’ve introduced smarter, more efficient processes to cut waste and lower emissions:
Fewer Deliveries
Our new consignment stock system for printable materials has reduced truck deliveries from four per week to just one every 1.5 weeks.
Sustainable Fleet
All installation teams now drive hybrid vans, while our projects team uses electric and mild-hybrid vehicles.
Journey Tracking
Every vehicle is fitted with tracking devices to monitor mileage and emissions – helping us make data-driven decisions that further reduce our carbon footprint.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
We use PVC-free bubble wrap, repurpose boxes wherever possible, and seal all packages with recyclable paper tape in line with our reduce, reuse, recycle ethos.
Environmental Management

Our environmental practices align with ISO 14001 standards and follow ISO 20121 principles for the events and exhibitions sector. We meet – and aim to exceed – all legal and regulatory requirements related to environmental and social impact.
We also hold our supply chain to the same high standards, conducting sustainability checks on all externally sourced resources to ensure environmental, social, and economic fairness.

Responsible Construction
& Waste Reduction
We design and build with care to minimise material waste and environmental impact:
- Wood is sourced from trusted local suppliers with sustainable practices
- We prioritise recycled chipboard and MDF for builds
- Waste is carefully separated for recycling, with waste-to-energy used over landfill
- We reuse pallets and packaging to extend their lifecycle
Innovation That
Drives Change
Our investment in fourth-generation printers using water-based inks helps us reduce harmful emissions while maintaining high-quality results. We actively explore eco-friendly materials and have successfully delivered full-scale exhibition stands using Xanita board – a lightweight, fully recyclable substrate that’s become a client favourite.
Measurable
Progress
We’re proud to have achieved a 46% reduction in our absolute carbon emissions – from 406 tonnes down to 219 tonnes of CO₂e between 2019 and 2024. Independent carbon reports are available for 2019, 2022, 2023, and 2024, showcasing our transparent and results-driven approach.
Continuous Improvement
We work closely with project managers to record and analyse data on deliveries, mileage, and waste. This insight fuels our ongoing improvement efforts and ensures accountability at every stage.
Our Senior Management Team oversee sustainability performance, with policies reviewed annually and updates shared across the company.
